zoex: York, United Kingdom; Hello, I'm Zoe! ♥ I've just recently started up my blog called CowlNailArt, I was encouraged to do this by a friend at work called Anna who's just started a blog herself! ♥ I work as a sales assistant so customers often come in and comment on my nails, so from this I decided to set up a blog, I'm always changing my nails and trying new nail varnishes and I'd like to share some of what I do on here. ♥
