Nude confetti nails

Today I decided to use my loreal confetti nail varnish! I've used the nail varnish with a base coat, the base colour is by Ciate and is called Amazing Gracie!

I love this colour from Ciate its so pretty and the loreal confetti has added a lovely touch to my nails! It requires you to delicately dab the brush and keep layering the confetti up!

Loreal Confetti speckled egg

Using loreal confetti and Ciate Amazing Gracie, I've decided to create a speckled egg look on my nails!

Starting with Loreal Confetti, I applied one coat to the nails.

This is how it should look!

I've used too much confetti on one of the nails so I've chosen to remove some as I think it looks a bit too fussy!
I then applied ciate Amazing Gracie over the top of the nails!

I applied one coat, and then continued to apply coats until you can hardly see the confetti!

Below shows how the nails looked after a third coat of Ciate!

I then applied some more confetti to go over the top to show some darker speckles and overlay the confetti.

Falling confetti nails

Confetti loreal nails with ciate pepperminty
Just recently bought the loreal confetti nails in black and white which you can Buy Here at boots! I wanted to test it out but rather than having the confetti all over the nails I wanted to make them look as though they were falling in a gradient effect.
As a base colour I've chosen to use the ciate pepperminty colour which was taken from my ciate mini mani month advent calendar which is available at asos here, I think this colour works well as it's bright and will show up both the black and white spotted confetti. After layering the ciate pepperminty colour 3 times I then applied the loreal confetti to my nails, starting at the cuticle I just gently dabbed the confetti, layering lots of little dots and then bringing the brush (with fewer dots on the brush) to the top of the nail, below shows the final look!
